FAIZA SAEED Of Bahraini origin, Faiza Saeed is a professional in the fields of Human Resources, Training, Strategy Planning, Marketing, Organizational Analysis and Development with over 10 years of Management experience in the Human Resources, Training and Development fields.

Ms Saeed is a Certified Facilitator of FranklinCovey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People^®”, and delivers these workshops to FranklinCovey Middle East clients. She is also a regional facilitator in national universities and major training institutes in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC countries. She has trained and coached managers as well as front line staff at all levels on Leadership, Supervisory skills, Customer Care, Marketing and Selling Skills.

During her career she has worked with several reputable organizations in Industry, Training and Banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Ms Saeed has a Master’s degree in Management Technology and an Executive Diploma in Management from UK.

In pursuing her academic studies she focused on Human Behaviors, Psychology and Employee Relation. As well, she researched the overall South East Asia Countries focusing on South Korean Development and the overall organizational, economic, financial, industrial technology development as well as human resources development in those countries and how the GCC countries can benefit from them. She also focused on the World Trade Organization (WTO) and its impact on GCC countries in trade, economy, technology and human recourses.

Throughout the years of her experience as manager and facilitator, she has become experienced and familiar with all kinds of learning models and workshops. Faiza is highly sought after to work with new clients and senior levels of management.

Faiza is a CIPD member with City & Guilds Certified Assessor in National Vocational Qualification (NVQ UK). Within the Kingdom of Bahrain, she is a board member in two major specific councils with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education, and is also representing the Supreme Council of Women as a committee member responsible for reforming the Vocational Education Training (VET) in cooperation with the (EDB) Economic Development Board.
